Return & Exchange Policy

At Dolly Wally Designs, we believe in providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, please note that custom orders are non-refundable. When you place a custom order, we begin production on your item immediately, which means that it cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed. We take great care in creating your custom order, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.

If you do need to make a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
